2015 China International Silk Forum held in Hangzh

In the morning of October 22, 2015, the 2015 China international silk forum held in hangzhou, zhejiang province, where hundreds of silkers from 10 countries attended the meeting.

the 2015 China international silk forum is sponsored by the China silk association and the hangzhou city people's government, in collaboration with the China silk industry corporation, jiangsu soho international group co., LTD., zhejiang Cathaya international co., LTD., guangdong silk textile group co., LTD., suzhou university, Chinese academy of agricultural sciences' sericultural research institute, zhejiang entry-exit inspection and quarantine bureau, the wensli group co., LTD.   The guest of attending the 2015 China international silk forum  have  secretary general of the China silk association Mr.Yang Yongyuan, Italian silk office Guido Tettamanti, Intersole France director Cedric Brochier  etc.

The theme of the 2015 China international silk forum is “silk and fashion”.

Hangzhou People's government deputy mayor zhang geng and China silk association Yang Yongyuan successively speech, said in the current economic slowdown, foreign silk trade continues to decline, industry economic operation by unprecedented under downward pressure, in this context of the 2015 China international silk forum held with great significance.

Vice president and secretary General of China Silk Association Mr. Qian Yongqing made a report named .The report introduced the Chinese cocoon silk industry operation during 2010 to 2014 .Mr. Qian Yongqing thinks that although the economy is decline we shall continuously optimize the regional layout of the industry ,shall accelerate to adjust the silk product structure, shall greatly enhance the scientific and technological level of the industry, shall strengthen the self-owned brand building of the industry,shall positively extend channels in domestic and overseas market.

The Chairman of the Dainippon silk foundation (DSF)Mr. Yoshio Kobayashi made the speech of “Japan`s sericulture and silk industries: current status and new approaches.” Yoshio Kobayashi refered the current status of japan sericulture and silk industry which has been decreasing .So japan government took support measures on the sericulture.

 Italian silk office Mr.Guido Tettamanti made a speech on the forum. He forward the basic views of affecting silk developments. The basic opions are environment sustainability and fair trade and the quality and the importance of strengthening cooperation.Many representatives from the world also made speechs on the forum .The forum came to the end at 17:00 October 22.
