　　Chongqing Wintus New Star Enterprises (Group) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Wintus New Star Group) was established in 2001. With local resources and after making great efforts for more than ten years, Wintus New Star Group has grown into a sustainable group company which possesses sericulture bases, silk reeling, silk processing, export trade integration and diversification of transformation and upgrading.

　　The products of the company are exported to USA, Europe, Japan, South Korea, Southeast Asia and other countries and regions. At present, Wintus New Star Group is a standing director of China Silk Association, a director of China Chamber of Commerce for Import and Export of Textiles, a president unit of China Chongqing Silk Association, a vice-president Unit of Chongqing Sericulture Society, a director of Chongqing Overseas Friendship Association, a vice-president unit of Hong Kong and Macao Chamber of Commerce in Chongqing and a vice-president unit of Yuzhong Federation of Industry and Commerce of Chongqing Federation of Industry and Commerce.

　　In 2005, Wintus New Star Group had the trade mark, “WINTUS” registered, establishing its own brand and then passed the ISO9001:2008 quality management system certification in 2008. In 2010, “WINTUS” was honored with the famous trademark of Chongqing and was continuously considered as the famous brand, which was mainly cultivated by Chongqing People’s Government, for years. In 2012, Chongqing Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government awarded Wintus New Star Group the title of “An Excellent Private Enterprise of Chongqing” and Wintus New Star Group became one of the Top 200 private enterprises of Chongqing.
