To ISU Members,

Applied by ISU vice-chairman unit---Italian Silk Office, after the union secretariat preliminary review on the application, discussion on the union office meeting, and approval of the union executive director units, we agree to substitute Mr. Giuseppe Bianchi, the former president, with Mr. Stefano Vitali, the current president, as the Vice-chairman of ISU.
