Member Unit of the Matsumura Co., Ltd. Visited the

On December 21st,  Kosho Matsunaga, the managing director of member unit of Matsumura Co., Ltd., made a special trip to visit the International Silk Union from Kyoto, Japan. Fei Jianming, secretary-general of International Silk Union, Bian Xing-er, deputy secretary-general of International Silk Union, minister of operations management in Zhejiang Cathaya International Co., Ltd., Ding Xiyang, manager of silk branch of Zhejiang Cathaya International Co., Ltd., Liu Shuangshuang and Ma Jing, secretary of International Silk Union, had a met in China Silk Museum.

 

Fei Jianming, secretary-general of the International Silk Union, introduced the overall situation of the Union and series of works since its establishment to Mr. Matsunaga. Especially highly praised the Intrenational Silk Union Members Assembly, Belt and Road Forum for Intrenational Silk, and Seminar on the Sustainable Development of Silk Industry held in October. 

  

Mr. Matsunaga also introduced the business conditions, scale and development of Matsumura Co., Ltd. in recent years. He stressed that the International Silk Union is a communication and cooperation platform for international silk industry. The website data from various countries and regions provid favorable help and support for the development of enterprises. 

 

Finally, the two sides conducted an in-depth discussion on the development of China's silk industry in the past, present and future. Mr. Matsunaga said he hopes to attend the International Silk Union Chairman Enlarged Meeting in 2018 and the International Silk Union Members Assembly in 2019, to exchange views with other member units. Fei Jianming, secretary-general of the International Silk Union, also sincerely welcomes that Matsumura Co., Ltd. can actively participate in the activities organized by the uion, communicate and cooperate, and develop with concerted efforts.

    Matsumura Co., Ltd., the founding member of the International Silk Union, established in 1862, is Japan's largest silk producer. Investment 10 factories in Vietnam, twisted wire is the main production, sold to Japan and Europe, India, Korea, Pakistan and other countries and regions, the raw silk material is mainly from China and Brazil.
