ISU Members Visited Hangzhou Honghua Digital Technology Stock Co., Ltd.

On December 6, 2019, International Silk Union(ISU) organized nearly 30 members from China, Italy, France, Brazil, Thailand, India, Vietnam and Cambodia to visit Hangzhou Honghua Digital Technology Stock Co., Ltd.

Honghua has been involved in the digital printing equipment for more than 20 years, the technical strength has reached the international advanced level, and the digital printing technology and equipment research with independent intellectual property rights system has successively won the first prize of Science andTtechnology of China National Textile And Apparel Council, and second prize of 2007 National Technology Invention. ISU members visited digital printing products such as silk clothing, double-sided printed scarves, and pillows in the exhibition hall.

Fu Yiqun, overseas sales manager of Honghua, introduced the company's development in recent years, as well as the popularity and application of printing equipment. He said that the silk industry is the most mature area for digital printing applications. There are 500 sets of silk digital printing in batch production. 60% of silk digital printing companies have an annual production capacity of more than one million meters. The annual output of silk digital printing is over 35 million meters. 90% of silk printing factories are equipped with digital printing machines, among which digital printing output accounts for more than 60% of the total output.

After then, the delegation visited a live demonstration of high-precision digital positioning direct injection printing machine. Honghua overseas sales director Xu Yuhua introduced the characteristics of the printing system of precise positioning, better saturation and better color. At present, it is widely used in embroidery, jacquard, lace, double-sided printing. The delegation had an in-depth exchange on digital printing technology with software manager zhou hua and director Xu Yuhua.

Through the visiting, ISU members went into the enterprise, after exchanging and learning from each other, they visited the new products and technologies of the silk industry, and had a deep understanding of the development of digital printing technology in China, strengthened exchanges and cooperation in various areas of the silk industry, and promoted integrated development.
